📦 SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom wigs or specialty items may take longer; you’ll receive an email with updates on your order status.

Shipping Time:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Priority Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (Available upon request)
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Carriers:
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and shipping speed selected.

🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Ratchet Collection is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or mishandled packages.

If your package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
We do not file claims on behalf of customers.

We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery location and tracking your shipment closely once your order is processed.

📍 LOCAL PICKUP & DELIVERY (Antelope Valley Only)

Same-Day Pickup or Drop-Off:
If you're located in the Antelope Valley area, we offer same-day local pickup or delivery for select items.

Pickup Details:
✔ Meet-up locations available in Palmdale, Lancaster, or surrounding areas
✔ Pickup is by appointment only — you will be contacted to confirm a time and location
✔ Valid ID or order confirmation must be shown at pickup

Local Delivery:
✔ Available in Antelope Valley for a small fee
✔ Delivery time and location will be confirmed via text or email after order is placed
